The first race to be released via pencilrace.wikia.com, with VERICOLOR, for true, vibrant, color. When the color has to be accurate, choose VERICOLOR!
Estimated at a cost of USD 2 billion, the Elmer's 500 is the first pencil race designed by Triangle. It features a castle where you can be taunted and pelted with barnyard animals or you can hide in a Trojan Rabbit and escape. A visit to the Coconut Grove gets you horses (or at least the sound effect of them), granting you 1.5 distance at a time of your choice. If you hit the Knights who say, "NI!" you must go back to bring them a shrubbery. Accidentally attack a wedding party and you lose a turn. Encounter the Black Knight and limp at half pace for your next two turns. Sneak past the Killer Rabbit, or protect yourself with a Holy Hand Grenade. And last, but not least, racers will have to navigate the Bridge of Death.
Prizes include: The Holy Grail, The Not-quite-as-Holy Grail (actually a recycled glass made from a wine bottle), a pair of warm mittens, and a bottle of Elmer's Glue--America's #1 adhesive!
